2 tsp. ground chili pepper
1 lime, with zest
Combine the salt, chili pepper and zest of one lime.
Slice watermelon into wedges and arrange on a platter.
Drizzle lime juice over the wedges and sprinkle the chili blend on top.
Granish with mint leaves and more lime wedges.
