If you are looking for a lighter twist on a traditional favorite for your next summer picnic or potluck, we have it with this yummy broccoli salad.
Traditional broccoli salad recipes are usually loaded with regular mayonnaise and cheese. Delicious? Yes! Good for your heart? No!
Our version still gives you that creamy tang, but less calories and fat with the substitution of light mayo and low-fat yogurt.
Broccoli is a great source of fiber and vitamins, grapes and raisins add sweetness and the sunflower seeds provide some extra crunch, so what you have is the perfect go-to for summer!
Try adding some beans or sliced turkey to turn this side dish into a meal!
