Ingredients:  XXXX

1/2 cup reduced-calorie butter
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 eggs plus 4 egg whites
1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
2 tablespoons vanilla
1 cup dark cocoa
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder


Preparation:  XXXX

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cream together butter, sugar, eggs, sour cream and vanilla.
  3. Stir in the cocoa and blend until smooth.
  4. Stir in remaining dry ingredients and blend well.
  5. Pour into a greased 9"x13" pan.
  6. Bake for 20-22 minutes.
  7. Cool well before cutting.
