According to the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) those who successfully lose weight and keep it off engage in at least 60-90 minutes of moderate exercise most days of the week. But what if you just have one or two problem areas that you want to tackle?
We all have different body types and most of us tend to gain weight in one particular area. Can you spot train to deal with that one problem area? Spot training is the idea that you can lose weight or tone just that one area without affecting the rest of your body.
