Fat-Burning Interval Training Workout

Bored with the same old workout at the gym? Do you want to burn more calories, but in less time? Try interval training.

Interval training is simply alternating bursts of intense activity with intervals of lighter activity. You will burn more calories, improve your aerobic capacity and keep boredom at bay.

Try this boredom busting gym workout:

Warm up for 10 minutes on the machine of your choice.

1. Treadmill - 2 minutes at 90 percent of your max, 2 minute easy pace

2. Bike - 2 minutes at 90 percent of your max, 2 minute easy pace

3. Rowing machine - 2 minutes at 90 percent of your max, 2 minute easy pace

4. Elliptical - 2 minutes at 90 percent of your max, 2 minute easy pace

5. Stair climber - 2 minutes at 90 percent of your max, 2 minute easy pace

6. Treadmill - 2 minutes at 90 percent of your max, 2 minute easy pace

Cool down for 10 minutes on the machine of your choice.
